Very rare Envelope franked by 3 Sg 62 -- 4d Carmine a pair & a single. Which has a printing flaw caused by a foreign object which is still there so you can see the unprinted area.

This Scarce envelope was sent in 1886 from Portlad Bill Nr Weymouth Dorset famous for it's light house now. To Wisconsin United State of America. There are many pmk's / date stamps blue / green Portland on reverse Weymouth on the front with others.

Very rare to have 3 sg 62 on an envelope also sent from a very small Peninsula of land Near Weymouth. This come with a RPS Cert from 1978.
