Lid engraved with script initials M. " Marked underside: "Sterling" for 925 silver; "925/1000" for silver purity; "T Co P into three lozenges for Tucker & Parkerhurst Co. Numerals "1173" for pattern or manufacturers code. There are scratched four identification letters located over "sterling", left by previous owner.
